Corrections Policy

By Mrs. Eileen Hunter — about the author. Posted August 9, 2026.

Our commitment

This site publishes claims about a criminal case, and about people who took part in it. We may get something wrong. When we do, we want to know, and we will fix it in public.

If you can show us that something on this site is inaccurate, we will correct it. We will correct it on the page where the error appeared, we will date and label the correction, and we will not quietly delete the original claim and pretend it was never there.

How to submit a correction

Email contact@innocentmanconvicted.com, or use the form below.

Please include:

  1. The page — the URL where the error appears
  2. The specific statement you say is wrong — quote it
  3. What is correct instead
  4. Your source — a court document, a ruling, a transcript page, a news article, an official record. We need something we can check.

We will acknowledge every submission. We cannot act on a correction we cannot verify, and we will say so rather than leave you wondering.

How we correct

  • On the original page. A correction is appended where the error was, in this form:

Correction, [date]: This page originally stated [X]. [Y] is correct.

  • Never a silent edit of a factual claim about a named person.
  • Same-day removal of any assertion we cannot source to the record, pending re-verification. If we cannot show you where it came from, it comes down while we check.
  • On social media too. If a post is wrong, the correction goes to the same account. We do not let it scroll away.
  • Every page carries a last-updated date, and we update it whenever the substance changes.

If you are named on this site

If you are named on this site and believe we have described you inaccurately, write to us at the address above. We will read it, we will check it against the record, and we will respond.

We publish names only where the person testified in open court or is identified in a filed, unsealed record of this prosecution. We do not publish home addresses, phone numbers, employers, family members or any other information that would help someone find a person. If you believe something on this site crosses that line, tell us and we will take it down while we review it.
