This site is published by Eileen Hunter as an advocacy site about the case of Tony Lavelle Hunter. This page explains what information the site collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact and corrections forms. If you use a form on this site, we receive what you submit: your name, email address, subject, and message. The same applies to email you send us directly.
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type).
We do not run advertising, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to you, and to run the corrections process we have committed to.
- If you send information about the case itself, we may share it with Mr. Hunter’s counsel. (If you have case information, we encourage you to contact counsel directly.)
- We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in this website’s database with our hosting provider. Email is handled by our email provider. We keep submissions as long as they are relevant to the purpose you sent them for.
People named on this site
Our rules about naming people are part of our corrections policy: we publish names only from open-court testimony or filed, unsealed records, and we do not publish home addresses, phone numbers, employers, or family members. If you believe something on this site crosses that line, tell us and we will take it down while we review it.
